The rolling fairways
and greens of the Monarch Beach Golf Links course
stretch from the resort down to the beach. The
18-hole course is designed by Robert Trent Jones,
Jr. Guests can also use hard-surface and clay
tennis courts; a tennis pro is on-hand to provide
lessons (surcharge). In addition to treadmills,
stationary bikes, and step machines, guests can
take advantage of complimentary daily aerobics,
mat Pilates, and yoga classes inside the resort's
fitness center. The adjacent outdoor lap pool has
views of the ocean and an underwater sound
system.
